HTNA Corporate Membership

HTNA Corporate Membership is open to any supportive businesses/ entities that provide for Australian Government Approved Comprehensive Hyperbaric Medicine Facilities. The applicants are subject to consideration for appropriateness and free of conflict of interests. Consideration and approval by the HTNA Executive Committee.

Approval to join and granting of access to businesses IAW the membership will be the responsibility of the HTNA Executive

Corporate Membership levels

1. Diamond Membership $6000.00

• Recognition of your company on the HTNA Website as a Diamond Member and a link to your company
• Trade display space at the Annual Scientific Meeting in a premium position (upon request), for the duration of the meeting.
• Full registration to the scientific meeting for three persons (including all social events).
• Colour advertisement in the HTNA’s on-line Facebook group, including access for one year (Artwork to supplied by your company)
• One full page, colour advertisement in the ASM proceedings and/or satchel 
• Recognised in the closing address at the ASM as a Diamond Member

2. Platinum Membership $4000.00

• Recognition of your company on the HTNA Website as a Platinum Member and a link to your company
• Trade display space at the Annual Scientific Meeting (upon request), for the duration of the meeting
• Full registration to the scientific meeting for two persons (including all social events)
• Colour advertisement in the HTNA’s on-line Facebook group, including access for one year (Artwork to supplied by your company)
• One full page, colour advertisement in the conference proceedings and/or satchel
• Recognised in the closing address as a Platinum Member

3. Gold Membership $2000.00

• Recognition of your company on the HTNA Website as a Gold Member and a link to your company
• Single trade display for the conference duration on request
• Full registration to the scientific meeting for one person including social events
• Colour advertisement in the HTNA’s Facebook group, including access for one year (Artwork to supplied by your company)
• One full page, colour advertisement in the ASM proceedings and/or satchel
• Recognised in the closing address as a Gold Member

4. Silver Membership $1500.00

• Single trade display for the conference duration on request
• A single person registration for duration of scientific meeting (not including social events)
• A full-page advertisement in the conference proceedings and/ or satchel
• Access to the HTNA Facebook group (member’s only section) for the duration of your company’s membership

5. Event/Merchandise Sponsorship can be arranged with varying pre-arranged fees

• Approved through the HTNA Executive Committee, merchandise can be supplied for distribution at the ASM, or provided for individual events, and may be sponsored by sole companies
• A full-page advertisement in the conference proceedings and/ or satchel
• Advertisement in HTNA’s Facebook group for one year

Please Note:

• The location of trade displays are the responsibility of the organising committee.
• Diamond sponsors have first refusal to subsequent naming rights for all scientific meeting events and merchandising goods.
