Jason commenced employment as a casual Hyperbaric Technician at the Royal Hobart Hospital in 2014, becoming permanent member of the Department in Jan of 2022. Prior to this he worked with Australian Border Force for 6 years as a Team Leader in the Marine Unit and also worked as a Commercial Diver and Supervisor in Southern Tasmania and served in the Royal Australian Navy as a Clearance Diver for over 14 years. Jason has volunteered to take up the HTNA Tasmanian representative role and looks forward to growing his knowledge within the Department and the Hyperbaric environment.
